At Melioras, your satisfaction is important to me. Please read the following Returns and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how returns and cancellations are processed.
1. Return conditions
Melioras grants you a right of return exclusively under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective items : You are only entitled to a return if the goods have arrived damaged or defective.
- Obligation to provide evidence : You are obliged to provide immediate and clear evidence of the defect or damage. This includes photos of the damaged product and, if applicable, the packaging.
- Exclusion of erroneous orders : Items ordered in error in the wrong size or color are excluded from return as all products are individually made on request.
I reserve the right to reject the return request after checking the evidence if the evidence provided is insufficient or the defect cannot be clearly identified.
2. Right of withdrawal (distance selling)
Since all products are manufactured individually and to order, there is basically no general right of withdrawal according to § 312g BGB, unless the goods are damaged or defective.
However, if the goods arrive in a defective condition, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract. In this case, the following applies:
- Deadline : The cancellation is only possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
- Declaration of withdrawal : To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a written declaration of withdrawal to info @melioras .de . Include the order number and detailed proof of the defect.

If the goods have arrived damaged or defective, you can use the following sample cancellation form:

4. Return costs
- Costs for returns : You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods, as shipping is handled by external partners.
- Non-refundable shipping costs : The original shipping costs to ship to you are also non-refundable since the shipping service was provided as a separate service.
