Melioras strives for conscious consumption, but we are not a completely sustainable brand. Through print-on-demand, we reduce overproduction and waste, as items are only made after they are ordered. In this way, we try to minimize our ecological footprint without compromising on product variety.

3. What does print-on-demand mean?

Print-on-demand means that our products are only produced when they are ordered. This method helps us to avoid unnecessary inventory and produce exactly the quantity that is actually needed.

4. Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are created in close cooperation with European partners who meet our high quality standards. Production within Europe enables shorter transport routes and high standards.

5. What materials does Melioras use?

We pay attention to a high-quality selection of materials, some of which come from recycled or environmentally friendly sources. Our focus is on materials that are long-lasting and durable in order to maximize the lifespan of our products.

7. How long does shipping take?

Production time for print-on-demand is usually 3-5 business days. However, during peak periods (November to December) delivery times may be longer. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

8. Can I change or cancel my order later?

Since the products are produced individually after ordering, changes or cancellations after the order has been completed are only possible to a limited extent. If you would like to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible - we will check whether this is still possible.

9. How can I return or exchange a product?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in new condition. Damaged items require clear proof that the product was damaged when received. In this case, please send us clear photos and details so that we can assess the situation and consider a refund or exchange.
